ICS lab tutors are successful undergraduates who assist students in introductory programming courses with their lab assignments. We discuss and guide tutors with discussion (and stories) on on how to be a helpful tutor. Besides valuable experience in communicating and working with others, lab tutors receive course credit for their service.
